Austin, Texas Vibes
The event was held at the iconic Austin City Limits Live, a historic music venue providing a unique environment for guests. Leveraging the venue for promotions and themed elements, a rock and roll aesthetic was infused into the designs of large partner ads, evoking a lively band poster vibe. Embracing the venue's rich history, the opening speaker, now the current Mayor of Austin, shared insights about the significance of ACL to the city. During the opening reception, internal Qualia talent was showcased as background music. To conclude the event, a full concert with the popular local act, The Peterson Brothers, was arranged for the closing reception.

"Building a Connected Tomorrow"
Technological advancements have ushered in a new age of structured data and a fully connected transaction, seamlessly integrating every aspect of the process and bridging geographical and organizational gaps. This unprecedented connectivity not only enhances efficiency but also fosters stronger relationships among all stakeholders involved. By leveraging this interconnectedness, businesses can capitalize on real-time insights and collaborative opportunities, ultimately driving innovation and growth. This theme perfectly aligns with the prevailing industry trends centered around digital transformation and our product goals of facilitating seamless connectivity and value creation for our customers.
-
"Connectivity"
This theme casts a spotlight on the convergence of technology, processes, and business models, which are seamlessly integrating fragmented ecosystems to shape cutting-edge client experiences. Through visually striking elements like cube stage designs and dynamic motion graphics, the synthesis of product suite icons visually illustrates this cohesion, embodying the essence of Connectivity. This concept represents the harmonious integration of technology, processes, and customer-centric approaches, redefining standards of excellence in client engagement and service delivery.

The US model for real estate and mortgage transactions has kept participants in silos. This creates inefficiency in operations, high costs, and record-keeping challenges. In this fireside chat with an Australian real estate technology market leader, we’ll explore how non-US transaction systems such as those in Australia, are working to streamline the process for professionals and consumers.

Engaging Activations
Interactive Networking Roundtables
Attendees were encouraged to start the conference by participating in peer-to-peer structured roundtables covering 9 key topics addressing industry challenges and emerging trends. Excitement buzzed as participants navigated through the various topic rooms, engaging with fellow attendees, and exchanging valuable insights, fostering new connections along the way.
Success Bar
Similar to a Genius bar, guests have the opportunity to book appointments ahead of the event or walk up onsite to connect in person with customer success managers for one-on-one discussions about product queries and issues. Strategically placed in a room in a high traffic area with a welcoming host.
Hackathon
Guests gain insight into the engineering process through a Live Hackathon. Before the event, guests can submit ideas for the hackathon and at the event engage directly with engineers at the Hackathon Booth to inquire about their work. During the Product Keynote, engineers showcase their creations from the day on the main stage and got a standing ovation from the crowd.
Charity Activation - Legos
A goal of the event brand was to include a charitable component. I created an initiative called "Connecting Through Good Deeds," which combines fun activities, community engagement, and charitable giving supporting our primary association partner's foundations. I partnered with a local Lego Enthusiast Group to create a fun activity and showcase their amazing custom builds, resulting in a fundraising total of about $1,500.
Blizzard BreaK
At the end of a lengthy day, offering a sweet treat can be the perfect pick-me-up to energize guests before the final session. As a delightful surprise and a nod to the CEO's first job, hundreds of mini Blizzards from Dairy Queen are brought in. The vibrant red spoons never fail to make mouths water.
Sponsorship Sales
While many event marketing initiatives are a team effort, I handled sponsorship sales independently, managing everything from designing packages and pricing to align with logistical and financial objectives. This involved generating leads, creating content to demonstrate value to both longstanding and new partners, and supporting sponsors through the entire process via email communication and digital tools for contracting and payments. Additionally, I served as the main point of contact during events, ensuring sponsors had a seamless experience. My strength lies in building lasting, meaningful relationships with partners.
