The 2021 Future of Real Estate Summit was held virtually in response to ongoing COVID outbreaks. This full-scale virtual event spanned a single day, featuring multiple tracks, live roundtables, and Magic Johnson as the keynote. The “free-ium” version of the FORES experience garnered registrations from thousands across the industry.

Virtual SKO’s

Annually, teams from across the organization unite virtually for the Sales Kick Off. During this event, each department highlights their significant achievements from the previous year and outlines their goals for the upcoming year. For me, this requires careful project management with varying executives and managers providing materials as well as technical event set up.

Full Company Meetings

Twice a year, employees from Austin, Nashville, and remote locations would gather in person. My duties encompassed coordinating travel arrangements with both staff and executives, scheduling meetings, arranging room setups, and organizing receptions or parties.

Since the beginning of Qualia’s Field Marketing Program, I have taken charge of overseeing all aspects of promotional item production. Through close collaboration with a diverse range of designers, I have played an integral role in conceptualizing and refining ideas, as well as crafting designs for our outward-facing merchandise. Here are a few of my personal favorite promotional items that we have meticulously crafted over the years!
