“This intimate conference was very special. It was completely different than any other conference I've attended. It was like being at an intimate dinner instead of a wedding like the larger conferences…..everything on point and classy. Thank you for the time and effort you put into this. It was truly a special experience.”

One guest thought

take a traditional concept and make it unforgettable

  • Stop talking and start listening

Breaking a traditional seminar session styles, guests were presented with a short 5 minute primer and a series of prompts. Gently assisted by a table moderator guests filled the session with their own perspectives. At the end, someone from each table shared highlights from their groups discussion. Executives sat among guests to participate and hear from them directly. This fluid structure and access to executives ensured that every guest not only had a seat at the table but also a voice in the conversation!

  • Personalize the journey

Collaborating cross functionally with Sales and Customer Success, a list of high value targets was established. Every touch point was carefully crafted for the individual guests from pre-event invitation process to travel planning to onsite. Budget was allocated for things like travel upgrades and surprises for VIPs but strategically arranged table seating for each session was the cherry on top. Guests were given a personalized schedule upon check in indicating where they should be sitting for each session. This gave every guest and executive a chance to engage.

  • True Sponsor Participation

Partners who sponsor play a crucial role in offsetting event costs, but they also are equally a part of the industry ecosystem. Departing from a traditional exhibit-style sponsorship, sponsors were challenged to join the conversation by sending their CEO to participate alongside guests. There is no better way to showcase a brand than to have it’s top mind join a strategic conversation with potential clients. Sponsorships rapidly sold out due to the exclusive nature of the event. There was only one sponsor per table.
